VoiceBase offers the ability to return the timestamps of certain words of interest within the recording.

  • Entity Extraction - Classifies spoken words in the transcript into pre-defined categories such as locations, dates, numbers.

  • Keywords and Topics - Automatically generates noteworthy words/phrases and topics within the transcript using "semantic knowledge discovery"

  • Keyword and Phrase Spotting - Locates the timestamps from a list of user-defined keywords and phrases (Company Names, Product Names, Competitions, etc.) within a transcript.
